You see, your decrees are actually little more than the games attempt to create a false dichotomy between your treasury and the lives of your people. Well, aside from the game hand-holding you through some extremely linear "this-or-that" decrees, you would be forgiven for wondering who the actual monarch of your new kingdom actually is. After all, wasn't that the whole reason for putting the Hero's Revolution in the middle of the game: to give you time to really feel what it is like to rule a nation? I'll admit, I really thought that we were going to get the full reigns to the kingdom this time around. (Let's just call them what they are.they're not fabrications, or "truth-padding," they're just lies.) The subject attempted by Fable III was a weighty one indeed, and it is quite obvious that Lionhead Studios bit off way more than they could chew. ![]() I know that I am not alone in this its a common sentiment of gamers who pass that not-so-magical border between ages 29 and 30.and even then, there are many of the younger generations who have simply grown tired of Peter Molyneux's constant lies. Was it foolish of me to get my hopes up for Fable III? Perhaps.but as I get older, I find that I lack the energy for constant, guarded pessimism.
